Description:
Designed for skaters aged 7-9yrs who are confident on the ice and ready to advance their power skating ability, this session offers high-repetition, skill-specific drills to enhance edge work, transitions, agility, and speed. Drills are fast-paced, with attention to technique and correction.

What We Cover:

• Explosive starts and quick stops

• Edge drills to build lateral control and acceleration

• Tight turns, pivot transitions, and backward skating

• Crossovers with power and control in both directions

Who It's For:
Intermediate to advanced skaters currently playing hockey or ringette who are seeking to improve quickness, control, and skating power in game-like conditions.
