2024 Summer Kidskate (learn to skate) Saturday's July 13th-Aug 17th Owen Sound Rec Centre

Introduce your child to the exhilarating world of skating with our Kidskate Learn to Skate Program! Tailored for children aged 6-12 years, this 5-week program is designed to provide a supportive environment for beginners to intermediate to develop their skating skills.

Program Details:

• Duration: 5 weeks
• Dates: July 13th, 20th, 27th, Aug 10th 17th 
• Time: Saturday's 4:00-4:40pm
• Location: Julie McArthur Rec Centre, 700 10th Street East, Owen Sound
• No skating long weekend

Led by experienced instructors, children will learn fundamental skating techniques such as balance, stride, backwards and stopping, regardless of prior experience. Skaters are divided into groups based on age/ability.
