Description:
This session is tailored for competitive skaters ages 13–17 who want to sharpen their on-ice performance through advanced power skating techniques. Emphasis is placed on stride efficiency, speed development, controlled transitions, and elite-level agility.

What We Cover:

• Dynamic edge control and blade awareness

• Fast-paced acceleration and deceleration drills

• Mastery of tight turns, pivots, mohawks, and lateral movement

• Forward-backward transition drills and endurance skating

Who It's For:
Athletes at the rep or competitive level who want to elevate their skating to meet the demands of higher-level hockey or ringette competition. Skaters should have solid fundamentals and be ready for a high-intensity class.
