Description:
This beginner-level session is specifically designed for older skaters aged 10–17 who may be looking to strengthen their basics before playing hockey or if they are newer to hockey. This program focuses on foundational skating mechanics with age-appropriate challenges to build confidence and skating efficiency.

What We Cover:

• Basic forward stride and edge use

• Intro to crossovers and turns

• Stopping in both directions

• Building stamina, balance, and body control
